Alfredo Häberli

»A floor can only reveal patterns and textures at second glance. The only thing that is important is that it has an effect, triggers a feeling and underlines the character of the room.«

Born in Argentina and living in Switzerland, Alfredo Häberli is one of the world‘s best-known designers. Among other things he designs furniture, lights, carpets and accessories. Influenced by role models like Enzo Mari, Kaj Frank and Giorgio Giugiaro, he likes to combine tradition and innovation as well as wit and curiosity in his creations. This is also reflected in the choice of his materials. The designer likes best to work with glass, wire, stone and wood.
