All Parador products are produced exclusively in Germany and Austria. Skill centres have emerged at three locations, where a high level of knowhow and craftsmanship for the respective product group is combined. The company headquarters in Coesfeld is the site of the laminate production, which is characterised above all by fully automated and computer-controlled processes. The location for the engineered wood production in the Austrian town of Güssing combines excellent mastery of modern profiling and drying facilities with specialist knowledge required for wood as a raw material. Both locations are ideally linked with one another and work according to principles that are in line with ecological and socially acceptable fundamentals of sustainable forestry.
Laminate, ClickBoard, panels and mouldings are produced at the Coesfeld site on equipment that meets the latest technical standards. Investments of over 5 million Euro in laminate production: the highlight is the new KT press for pressing planks with authentic texture. The planks stay for at least 12 days in the acclimatisation warehouse. This process guarantees that every single plank stays in perfect shape over the long term. New profiling machine for precisely milling the click connection on the long and end edges for jointless installation. Learn more about the site in Coesfeld in this video.
The Parador production facilities for ready-made engineered wood in the Austrian town of Güssing are among the most modern production sites of ready-made engineered wood in Europe. Woodeye technology: Fully automated optoelectronic sorting of lamellas for the top layer. Computer-controlled drying plant (chamber drying) to prepare the timbers for further processing. Ultra-modern Homag profiling unit ensures perfect, strong connection of the planks when laid as a floating installation. Learn more about the site in Güssing, Austria in this video.
